What We Do

Soul Science Institute  is an educational initiative of Soul Science Ministries exploring Theology, Philosophy, and Culture. 

Tapping Theology is a monthly public theology gathering at Siluria Brewing Company (Alabaster, AL) that brings Christian intellectual formation into everyday community life. Open to seekers, students, and church leaders. Typical attendance: 5–15 participants. 

Raising Christian Families is a course designed to equip parents with tools to nurture their children’s understanding of faith, science, and culture from a Christian perspective. The program provides practical teaching and theological grounding to help families navigate modern cultural challenges. 

Common Table is a monthly discipleship dinner focused on conversation, hospitality, and theological reflection. Participants gather to explore faith, culture, and Christian formation in a relational setting that encourages meaningful dialogue and community building. 

Soul Science Ministries offers speaking engagements led by Rev. Dr. Joshua R. Farris for churches, conferences, and academic settings, addressing topics at the intersection of Christian theology, science, philosophy, and culture.
