REFUND POLICY

At Soul Science Ministries, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality spiritual guidance, courses, workshops, and other services to support your growth and well-being. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for our various offerings, including online consultations, spiritual coaching, speaking engagements, courses, subscriptions, and workshops.

Refunds may be provided under specific circumstances outlined below. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to joshua.r.farris@gmail.com.

• Refund Eligibility:
  • Refunds are only granted if the session is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
  • If the session is rescheduled and completed, no refund will be provided.
• No-Show Policy:
  • Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.
• How to Cancel:
  • Cancellations must be made via email at least 48 hours in advance.

• Deposit Refunds:
  • A non-refundable deposit of [Insert Percentage or Amount] is required to confirm the booking.
• Event Cancellation by Client:
  • If canceled 30 days or more before the event, a partial refund of fees (excluding the deposit) will be provided.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
• Event Cancellation by Soul Science Ministries:
  • If we are unable to fulfill the engagement, a full refund of all payments, including the deposit, will be issued.

• Refund Eligibility:
  • Refunds are available if requested within 7 days of purchase or registration, provided no course material has been accessed.
• Partial Refunds:
  • If less than 25% of the course or workshop has been accessed, a partial refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
• Non-Refundable:
  • No refunds will be issued if more than 25% of the course or workshop has been accessed or completed.

• Cancellation Policy:
  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription term.
• Free Trial:
  • If a free trial period is offered, canceling before the trial ends will prevent any charges.

• All sales of digital products, including eBooks, recordings, or downloadable course materials, are final and non-refundable.

Refunds due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
